Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to oversee the daily activities of the sales team while actively contributing to business development efforts.

The role involves supervising team performance, guiding lead management processes, handling key client interactions, and ensuring proper coordination with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision

  • Monitor daily sales activities and follow-ups
  • Guide team members on lead handling and communication quality
  • Conduct regular performance discussions
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members

Sales Execution

  • Handle key or escalated client enquiries
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements
  • Support improvement of lead-to-conversion ratios
  • Maintain professional and structured communication with customers

Process & Reporting

  • Track sales pipeline through CRM systems
  • Ensure timely and accurate lead data updates
  • Coordinate with operations teams after deal closure
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports
  • Ensure adherence to defined sales processes

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing roles
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling phone-based and direct customer interactions
  • Experience in service-based, real estate, or B2C sales preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office

Compensation & Benefits

  • ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
