• Responsibilities include: Supervising, motivating, and guiding a team of call center agents to achieve campaign targets and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a sales/call center environment (minimum 1 year)
• In-depth knowledge of call center metrics, processes, and B2B sales techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching/mentoring skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and consistently exceed team sales targets
