Job Details:

Role: Team Leader – Sales (Personal Loans and Credit Cards)
Location: Dubai
Package: Attractive Salary (Fixed + Incentives)
Employment: Full-time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive personal loan sales and achieve team targets.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of 8–10 Sales Officers.
• Motivate and mentor team members to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales performance and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE banking experience in personal loan sales.
• Proven leadership ability with experience in team management.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Preferred: Bilingual (English + Any other like Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, Arabic etc).
