Sales Team Leader (Digital Marketing)

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our growing sales organization. The selected candidate will lead a team of Sales Representatives selling Online Presence and Digital Marketing solutions to U.S. businesses.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that your team achieves its targets while maintaining performance quality, team motivation, and compliance with company standards. You will collaborate closely with other departments to help optimize results and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of Sales Representatives to meet performance goals.
• Drive sales results through effective monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Conduct daily meetings, training, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
• Evaluate performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication flow.
• Foster a positive, goal-oriented, and performance-driven work environment.

Minimum Requirements

Mandatory:

• 1–2 years of relevant sales leadership or team management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• High school graduate minimum; college education preferred.
• Experience working remotely with reliable internet and necessary equipment.

Preferred:

• Experience in SEO or digital marketing sales.
• Background in U.S. outbound campaigns or telesales.
• Experience launching or managing new sales projects.
