We are hiring a Sales Team Leader for our landscaping construction division. Our work includes patios, drainage systems, outdoor living spaces, lighting, irrigation upgrades, sod, and full property transformations.

We are a growing, owner-led company. We value character over talent and leadership over ego. Skills can be taught — honesty, discipline, and reliability cannot. We’re looking for someone who embodies our culture first, and builds a team around those same values.

If you are a strong closer but lack character, accountability, or communication skills, this is not the job for you.

Your Mission

Your first 30 days are about learning and alignment — our services, standards, clients, and expectations.
After that, lead from the front: sell work, coach reps, and raise standards.

You will:
  • Sell profitable, high-quality landscaping construction projects
  • Teach what you do by performing at a high level
  • Hire and release reps based on cultural fit + performance
  • Run weekly skill-building training grounded in discipline
  • Enforce professional communication, follow-up, and pricing standards
  • Improve our approach, scripts, accountability, and expectations
  • Build the division that leads to your promotion into Sales Manager

If you can’t protect the culture, you can’t lead the team.

Autonomy With Full Support

You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll have freedom to build — with support behind you.
You’ll have direct backing from:
  • The business owner
  • Office & scheduling staff
  • Estimators
  • Design support on larger installs

Your job is not to handle admin alone or design every detail — your job is to sell and build a team that sells with integrity, discipline, and mastery.

You will be trusted to:
Coach reps to our standards of communication
  • Set expectations based in discipline and skill
  • Enforce reliability and follow-through
  • Build a culture that values coachability and mastery

Construction or home-service background helps (landscaping, roofing, pools, pest, remodeling, irrigation, lighting, etc.) — but we hire leaders before technicians.

Compensation
  • Healthy base salary

Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to train, coach, and enforce standards, OR
  • 5+ years of strong performance in sales with leadership traits

  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
