Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader with solid experience in Off-Plan and Secondary Market real estate to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Drive sales for off-plan projects and secondary market properties
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline management
• Support agents in client negotiations and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ADREC regulations
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate, with exposure to off-plan and secondary market sales
• Proven leadership or team-handling experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
