Role Overview

As a Real Estate Property Sales Agent, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi properties. You’ll represent the company professionally, build strong client relationships, and close high‑value deals in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, build a client portfolio, and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and market consultations.
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and community insights.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales procedures.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated beginners are welcome.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
