Job Title: Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales team. The role involves managing sales agents, setting performance targets, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property sales and achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance; prepare reports for management.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain strong market knowledge to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Ensure all team members comply with company policies, procedures, and real estate regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

  • Achieving total team sales targets.
  • Growth in client base and property listings.
  • Team productivity and retention.
