Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in recruiting sales-driven profiles, especially within the real estate or high-growth service sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding agents and consultants who align with our brand values and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract experienced and entry-level real estate professionals
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and industry events
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit, sales potential, and market knowledge
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from outreach to offer acceptance
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and refine hiring criteria

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate, sales, or fast-paced industries
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and agent profiles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring campaigns
