Purpose of Role

The Sales Team Leader will drive and manage a real-estate sales team, achieve/exceed sales targets, build strong client relationships, and ensure high service standards in compliance with UAE regulations and market practices.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, brokers and other stakeholders.

Operations, Reporting & Compliance

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or related field preferred. TalentMate+1
  • Real-estate certification/licensing as required in UAE (e.g., RERA licence) is a plus.

Experience
