Job Description: Real Estate Team Leader
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Team Leader to guide, support, and supervise our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, developing agents’ skills, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Monitor daily activities, KPIs, and ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to boost lead conversion and property sales.
- Support agents during negotiations, client meetings, and property viewings when needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Training & Development
- Provide coaching on sales techniques, CRM usage, property knowledge, and closing skills.
- Assist new agents with onboarding, training, and initial lead management.
- Ensure continuous skill development through regular workshops and guidance.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute daily leads among team members.
- Oversee the team’s CRM activities to ensure proper follow-ups and updated records.
- Prepare weekly, monthly performance reports for management.
- Address team concerns and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Off-Plan or Secondary Market).
- Proven experience in leading a sales team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
