Key Responsibilities

* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, research, and outbound prospecting.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand client needs and requirements to propose suitable solutions and demonstrate our product value effectively.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in a sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
* An excellent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* A self-motivated and proactive approach with a strong drive to succeed.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
* Experience within the technology or software industry would be a significant advantage.
