  • Conduct process training for new joiners and cross-training for existing employees.
  • Design and update training modules, SOPs, and documentation aligned with healthcare processes (e.g., RCM, claims processing, medical billing, coding, prior authorization).
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure training content meets HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and results.
  • Provide floor support during nesting/on-the-job training phases.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
  • Support process transitions, migrations, and updates by creating relevant knowledge materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare BPO, hospital process, or clinical operations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes such as RCM, claims adjudication, billing & coding, provider/patient support.
  • Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple training batches and deadlines efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
