- Conduct process training for new joiners and cross-training for existing employees.
- Design and update training modules, SOPs, and documentation aligned with healthcare processes (e.g., RCM, claims processing, medical billing, coding, prior authorization).
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Ensure training content meets HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and results.
- Provide floor support during nesting/on-the-job training phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
- Support process transitions, migrations, and updates by creating relevant knowledge materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare BPO, hospital process, or clinical operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes such as RCM, claims adjudication, billing & coding, provider/patient support.
- Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple training batches and deadlines efficiently.
