Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with frontline business teams to collect training needs and develop targeted training content and programs
  • Independently deliver sales and business-related trainings, transforming frontline experience into practical training modules.
  • Organize and implement training activities, including classroom teaching, workshop facilitation, participant interaction, and preparation of training materials.
  • Collect training feedback, analyze training effectiveness, and continuously improve training content and methods.
  • Build business knowledge base to support team capability building and business development.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales coaching experience; On ground sales and team leadership experience are preferred.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and business operations; ability to systematize and teach practical experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to think on your feet; skilled at simplifying complex concepts.
  • Passion for sharing knowledge, strong service mindset, and enthusiasm for teaching and talent development.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic as working languages; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient with office software and training tools; experience with AI tools preferred.
