Job Description: Sales Trainer – Automobile Industry

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, coaching, and enhancing the skills of the sales team to ensure high performance and excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the sales process, customer needs, and market expectations to design effective training programs.
  • Train sales executives on product knowledge, including vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on customer handling, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
  • Provide guidance on matching customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget with the right vehicle models.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, explain key features, and ensure the team is confident in conducting test drives.
  • Monitor sales team performance and identify skill gaps to plan refresher or advanced training sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest automobile models, technology advancements, and industry trends to keep training content relevant.
  • Support sales executives in achieving their individual and team sales targets through continuous coaching.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare performance improvement reports.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and motivate the team for consistent improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
