Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Final Expense Sales Trainer to lead the development, coaching, and performance improvement of our Final Expense sales team. The ideal candidate has strong product knowledge, excellent communication abilities, proven training experience, and a passion for building high-performing sales agents.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions for new and existing agents.
  • Deliver product training covering Final Expense insurance, underwriting basics, scripts, sales strategies, and compliance.
  • Coach agents on call flow, tone, objection handling, customer qualification, and closing techniques.
  • Create training materials, including scripts, call guides, cheat sheets, and role-play scenarios.

Performance Coaching

  • Monitor live calls and recorded calls; provide detailed feedback and action plans.
  • Identify skill gaps and design targeted coaching sessions.
  • Mentor low-performing agents and help build them into consistent producers.
  • Track performance metrics (transfers, conversions, QA scores) and ensure standards are met.

Process & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all agents follow company standards, scripts, compliance rules, and workflow.
  • Evaluate call quality and maintain alignment with campaign expectations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and management to resolve performance and quality issues.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Conduct regular team meetings, refresher trainings, and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with managers to design training strategies that boost productivity and retention.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Final Expense sales as a Senior Closer, Team Lead, or Sales Coach.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Final Expense products and underwriting criteria.
  • Expert in sales scripts, objection handling, and call-center workflow.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and manage diverse personalities.

Tools Knowledge:

  • CRM usage, call monitoring tools, MS Excel and other important training documentation.
  • Knowledge of insurance Carriers , DNC , TCPA , understanding.
