Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs of the real estate sales teams through performance analysis, observation, and feedback from managers.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs tailored to real estate processes including lead generation, client handling, negotiation, and deal closure.​
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new sales employees, focusing on company projects, sales scripts, CRM usage, and market positioning.
  • Create structured development modules that enhance soft skills such as communication, persuasion, presentation, and relationship management.​
  • Facilitate workshops and simulations to help teams handle client objections, property visits, and closing techniques.​
  • Update the sales team on latest real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and company policy compliance.​
  • Coordinate with project and marketing teams to align sales training with business goals and promotional strategies.
  • Develop sales evaluation tests, post-training assessments, and maintain individual performance improvement records.
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategy and productivity based on training outcomes and field feedback.
  • Stay updated with current real estate trends, competitors, and market insights to deliver relevant and practical training content.

Key Skills

  • Strong background in sales process and customer engagement in real estate.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of RERA norms and real estate documentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital training tools.
  • Ability to assess performance metrics and drive individual improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
