Job Description

Efficient Tourism LLC is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Travel Consultant to join our team. The role involves actively promoting and selling travel services, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and activities
• Handle inbound leads, walk-in clients, and convert inquiries into sales
• Prepare and present quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
• Cross-sell and upsell additional services (insurance, transfers, add-on activities)
• Stay updated with tourism market trends, competitor offers, and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the travel or tourism industry (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with GDS/Amadeus or online booking systems (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive, customer-oriented, and proactive personality
