Sales / Wholesale Manager

Kafiex Roasters is looking for a driven, organized, and highly motivated Sales / Wholesale Manager to help grow our wholesale program. We are seeking someone with real sales ability, strong customer service skills, and the confidence to go out, build relationships, identify needs, and close accounts.

This role is for someone who is ready to hunt for new business. We want a true go-getter. Someone who is not afraid to walk into a room, introduce themselves, ask the right questions, understand a client’s needs, and confidently sell our coffee and services to cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and other hospitality businesses.

The right candidate will be passionate about coffee, excited to represent an award-winning company, and motivated to be part of the continued growth of a specialty coffee brand selling nationwide.

Compensation:
This position offers a base salary plus commission, making it a strong opportunity for someone who is hungry, driven, and ready to grow their income by building territory quickly and opening new accounts.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in sales, ideally in coffee, food service, or hospitality
  • Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new accounts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable meeting new people
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-up well
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
  • Previous coffee experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot coffee-related needs is a major plus

What this role involves:

  • Actively seeking and opening new wholesale accounts
  • Building relationships with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, offices, and retail partners
  • Learning each client’s needs and offering the right coffee solutions
  • Representing Kafiex Roasters with professionalism and energy
  • Supporting wholesale clients with excellent service and communication
  • Helping grow an award-winning specialty coffee company with a strong reputation and national reach
