Job Title: Saleswoman – Interior Fit-Out
The Saleswoman will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling the company’s interior fit-out services to potential and existing clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, building long-term relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry and be capable of handling the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients in corporate, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors.
- Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and online research.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into confirmed projects.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, design preferences, and budget.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales & Marketing
- Present the company’s services and portfolio to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules.
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, social media promotions, and company branding.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines and address client feedback proactively.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of client communications, sales activities, and project updates.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Track performance against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the interior fit-out, furniture, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
