Job Title: Saleswoman – Interior Fit-Out

The Saleswoman will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling the company’s interior fit-out services to potential and existing clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, building long-term relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry and be capable of handling the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential clients in corporate, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors.
  • Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and online research.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into confirmed projects.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, design preferences, and budget.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Sales & Marketing

  • Present the company’s services and portfolio to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules.
  • Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, social media promotions, and company branding.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
  • Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to internal departments.
  • Monitor project timelines and address client feedback proactively.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of client communications, sales activities, and project updates.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Track performance against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the interior fit-out, furniture, or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
