Position: Saleswoman – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Saleswoman to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve company targets. She must have experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and negotiations professionally.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or related field.
• Strong network of contacts in UAE construction/interior industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
