  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored RPO solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Work closely with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure seamless transition and execution of client mandates.
