Sales & Consultancy: Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and Analyze Sales Processes: Assess existing sales processes to identify strengths and weaknesses. - Develop Sales Strategies*: Create customized sales plans aligned with business goals and market context. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions. - Sales Support: Provide expert advice, conduct training sessions, and develop sales collateral. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Required Skills: - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions. - Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and statistical analysis software. Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer service roles .
