The Division
CampSite , a division of Constellation Software Inc , the most advanced software for camp management out there. With input from camp directors, our team of developers worked to create a product with an intuitive user interface designed to suit the needs of administrators, parents and staff alike..
The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Admin to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for bringing knowledge and expertise in integrating Salesforce with other technologies that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, in-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, and experience with automation and system integrations.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Daily administration and support of the Salesforce database including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Work with managers to create workflow rules, data validation, reports, email templates, fields, and formulas, as well as integrate apps to meet the needs of our business inside of Salesforce.
  • Provide support and training to new and existing users and provide guidance on how to effectively use features and functions including leveraging data through reports.
  • Provide detailed analytics on how the business is performing and model trends and point out areas for improvement through data.
  • Process and reconcile monthly credit card statements and validate against the receipts from various departments.
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes, policies, and other materials.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Desired Skills and Responsibilities:

  • University Degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or comparable CRM experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are an asset (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across other functions
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
