We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Field Service Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Salesforce platform, with a specific focus on Salesforce Field Service (FSL). You will be a key player in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that streamline our clients' field service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
- Customize and configure FSL settings, including work orders, service appointments, and dispatcher consoles.
- Develop and support custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Create and manage user profiles, permissions, roles, and the role hierarchy within the Salesforce environment.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver on project objectives.
- Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and apply this knowledge to enhance development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementation and development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Must be able to work effectively within the EST (Eastern Standard Time) timezone.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
