* Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business

* processes, particularly in real estate transactions, listings, and client management.

* Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce users across departments such as sales,

* marketing, and operations.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new features, enhancements, or

* improvements to Salesforce.

* Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance, especially when handling sensitive real estate and client information.

* Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to improve user experience and system performance.

* Manage user permissions, profiles, and roles within Salesforce, ensuring users have appropriate access.

* Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations, processes, and user guides.

* Assist in data management tasks including importing, exporting, and data cleansing to ensure accurate and clean records within Salesforce


Responsibilities

* Administer day-to-day operations of Salesforce, including troubleshooting issues, managing user requests, and supporting Salesforce users.

* Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects

* within the real estate context.

* Support the integration of Salesforce with third-party systems used within the real estate industry (such as CRM tools, social media connectors, website connectors, contact center solutions, etc.).

* Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.

* Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and ensure Salesforce is configured to meet the evolving needs of the business.

* Ensure data quality within Salesforce, regularly conducting audits and data cleansing activities.

* Provide end-user training and ensure that users are equipped with the knowledge to use Salesforce effectively.

* Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimizations to improve system efficiency.

* Participate in regular system updates and releases, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce meets the needs of marketing, sales, and other departments in the real estate industry.
