Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce.com activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate logging of all leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and pipeline reports for real-time visibility.
  • Set up automated reminders, tasks, and alerts for the Sales Director and sales team.

Sales Director Support:

  • Draft emails, proposals, and reports on behalf of the Sales Director.
  • Prepare client-ready presentations and documentation using Salesforce data.
  • Act as a control tower to monitor and coordinate all sales activities.

Data, Reports & Formatting:

  • Generate and distribute weekly/monthly pipeline and activity reports.
  • Format proposals, offers, and presentations for professional client delivery.
  • Audit sales data quality and resolve inconsistencies proactively.

Efficiency & Automation:

  • Utilize ChatGPT and AI tools to automate email drafting, report generation, and follow-up communications.
  • Optimize Salesforce workflows for improved usability and efficiency.

General Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and reminders for the Sales Director.
  • Coordinate between inside sales, engineering, and partners/customers.
  • Track commitments and deadlines with high attention to detail.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 100% of sales data logged into Salesforce daily.
  • Zero missed follow-ups or action items for the Sales Director.
  • Accurate and timely submission of weekly status and pipeline reports.
  • Demonstrated improvement in sales team productivity and time efficiency.
