Salesforce Developer

Your Role

• Design and develop custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning using LWC, Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS based on business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Create technical documentation such as user guides, release notes, and design documents.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Lightning (LWC and Apex).
• Good understanding of the Salesforce data model including standard/custom objects, relationships, and fields.
• Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in creating scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce applications.
