About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with solid experience in Apex development, Salesforce administration, and automation tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with the ability to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions.

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.

Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce Flows and other automation tools to optimize business processes.

Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including working with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Zapier or Workato.

Customize and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including efficient code design, proper handling of governor limits, and secure data access.

Manage data migration activities using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce APIs.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability and seamless user experience.

Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL).

Experience with Flows and other process automation tools.

Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Knowledge of Salesforce administration best practices (profiles, roles, permission sets, data security).

Experience with Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong experience building components using LWC and Aura Components.

Ability to customize record pages, dynamic forms, and flexible layouts.

Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integrations with external systems.

Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato) is a strong plus.

Experience with data migration techniques using Data Loader, Workbench, or Salesforce APIs.

Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Git, etc.).

Understanding of unlocked packages and sandbox management.

Exposure to Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning is a plus.

Familiarity with Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM is a plus.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) preferred.
