Accenture is seeking a hands-on SAP LMS Consultant to support a major SAP transformation program by designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Learning Management System (LMS) processes. This role focuses on course management, learning assignments, certifications, reporting, and integration with Employee Central and other HCM modules, ensuring HR and training teams can manage workforce learning efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement SAP LMS solutions to support workforce learning and development initiatives.
Manage course catalogs, learning assignments, certifications, and reporting processes within the LMS module.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP LMS with Employee Central and other HCM modules.
Collaborate with HR, Training, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor and resolve issues related to LMS processes, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.
Provide expertise in SAP LMS functionality and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for LMS solutions.
Generate and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion, and certification tracking to support compliance and workforce development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance LMS processes and system capabilities.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SAP LMS implementation, configuration, and management, with a focus on course management, learning assignments, and certifications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP LMS modules and integration with Employee Central and other HCM modules.
Proficiency in course management, learning assignments, certification tracking, and reporting processes.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system and process challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with learning policies, regulations, and industry standards related to LMS processes.
Project Management: Experience in supporting SAP implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and support.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in LMS or related modules.
Experience working in SAP transformation programs.
Knowledge of global learning processes and compliance requirements.
