Accenture is seeking a hands-on SAP Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support a major SAP transformation program by configuring, maintaining, and enhancing core HR processes in Employee Central. This role will focus on employee master data management, organizational management, position management, and integrations with Payroll and Time Management, ensuring accurate HR operations, compliance, and smooth data flow across SAP HCM modules.

The SAP EC Specialist will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Employee Central solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Employee Central solutions, including employee master data management, organizational management, and position management.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Employee Central with Payroll, Time Management, and other SAP HCM modules.

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Monitor and resolve issues related to Employee Central processes, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and industry standards in all Employee Central processes.

  • Provide expertise in SAP Employee Central functionality and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.

  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for Employee Central solutions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Employee Central processes and system capabilities.


  • Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in SAP Employee Central implementation, configuration, and management, with a focus on employee master data management, organizational management, and position management.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or SAP certification is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong expertise in SAP Employee Central modules and integration with Payroll, Time Management, and other SAP HCM modules.

    • Proficiency in employee master data management, organizational management, and position management processes.

    • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system and process challenges.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, regulations, and industry standards related to Employee Central processes.

  • Project Management: Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in Employee Central modules.

  • Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.

  • Knowledge of global HR processes and compliance requirements.
