Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

Devsinc is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, with proven expertise in Service Cloud and Omni-Channel implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, then design and implement technical solutions
• Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce
• Implement Omni-Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications
• Ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols
• Perform system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
• Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and technologies to enhance platform capabilities
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce development
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, and related tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations
• Experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules)
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices for customization
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debug code efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications :

• Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) Certification
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI design
