Salesforce Developer

Cinnova Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and certified Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Sales Cloud and Financial Services domain. This role requires strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges through scalable Salesforce customizations.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce configurations and modules
• Manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance
• Implement solutions to improve data integrity and user experience
• Document critical features and maintain development standards
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and support teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide training and technical support to team members
• Identify and implement technology enhancements to support business objectives

Core Competencies:

• Advanced technical skills in Salesforce architecture and debugging
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry operations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage time, multitask, and handle competing priorities
• Professional conflict resolution and collaborative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work nights as necessary and thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving business needs
• Experience mentoring junior developers and coordinating code releases to production

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, coding boot camp completion, or demonstrated self-taught programming expertise
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Sales Cloud experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) experience
• Financial services industry background
