Company Overview

We are a U.S.-based Medical IT & Marketing Solutions company expanding our automation and CRM operations in Lahore, Pakistan.
Our team builds, manages, and optimizes marketing funnels, CRM systems, and automations for U.S. clients using GoHighLevel (GHL), Make.com, and other no-code tools.

We’re looking for a skilled automation specialist who has hands-on experience in GoHighLevel, Make.com (Integromat), and marketing funnels to join our Lahore office.

Role Overview

As a GoHighLevel & Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and optimize CRM workflows, marketing automations, and lead funnels for U.S. clients.
Your role combines technical automation setup with marketing logic—helping teams save time, capture more leads, and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, customize, and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, workflows, triggers, and pipelines.
• Build automation sequences for email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns.
• Design and integrate landing pages, forms, and funnels inside GoHighLevel.
• Create Make.com (Integromat) scenarios for cross-platform automations (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, Twilio, CRM syncing).
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the U.S. operations and marketing teams to implement new automation logic.
• Maintain documentation and automation maps for all implemented systems.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required).
✅ Proficient in Make.com (Integromat) or similar tools (Zapier, Pabbly, etc.).
✅ Good understanding of CRM pipelines, triggers, and workflow automations.
✅ Experience in marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.
✅ Knowledge of API/webhook integrations and data mapping.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or ClickFunnels.
• Familiarity with healthcare/medical marketing systems.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
