Role Description:

Functional Salesforce analyst, with responsibilities to include:

• analyzing business processes,
• conducting client and user interviews, focus groups, and observations,
• creating detailed journey maps for current and desired future journeys,
• identifying and summarizing pain points in processes,
• collaborating with technical SMEs to identify technical solutions,
• owning detailed requirement development for future solution build,
• facilitating reviews of requirements with client counterparts,
• acting as the "voice of the business" to the development team, to provide business direction and requirements during sprint development.
