Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Application Analyst – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Primary) / Health Cloud
Experience Required: 5+ years (including 3+ years in IT)
Work Mode: 1–2 days/month to client's office
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of non-clinical applications, from small service requests to large project implementations.
* Assist with system troubleshooting, application implementations, and coordination of software updates.
* Participate in system testing and validation, including development and maintenance of testing protocols and coordination with end users.
* Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support system functionality and ensure stable application performance.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure the software application remains stable, optimized, and functional.
* Develop and maintain documentation for system support; ensure compliance with established change management processes.
* Participate in an on-call rotation, providing immediate response during off-hours when required.
* Maintain and continuously expand knowledge in all relevant systems and applications through cross-training and self-education.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 3+ years of IT experience, with demonstrated ability to support enterprise applications.
* Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
* Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud is a strong advantage.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Solid understanding of operational workflows supported by IT applications.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly changing environments.
* Experience in application/system design, configuration, documentation, and testing.
* Familiarity with ITIL or similar change management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
* Experience working in healthcare or related industries.
* Understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and compliance-related requirements.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
