Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Specialist to design, implement, and maintain a robust Salesforce environment that meets evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing Salesforce applications, automating business processes, integrating external systems, maintaining data security, and leveraging reporting tools to drive key business insights. This role involves both technical and solution design expertise, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build custom objects and applications within the Salesforce platform to support diverse business requirements.
  • Develop and implement workflow automations that improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and resolving integration challenges using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Establish and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with established guidelines.
  • Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead solution design efforts by architecting scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions, balancing functionality, usability, and future growth.
  • Develop and maintain Apex code, including triggers and classes, to meet custom business logic needs and enhance platform capabilities.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning, and clear communication in both written and verbal forms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience overall in Salesforce customization including managing custom objects, workflow automation, and system integrations.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and data management processes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with consideration for scalability, performance, and integration with third-party services.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Apex coding and familiarity with writing pseudocode or documenting program logic.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and effective communication abilities in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
