Salesforce Test Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Have knowledge on Sales force FSL testing and other Sales force modules
- Have knowledge on electric domain
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.
- Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
- Have knowledge on various testing mythologies like functional, regression ,E2E etc
- Working knowledge on Jira and QC
Roles & Responsibilities
Salesforce:
- Have knowledge on Sales force FSL testing and other Sales force modules
- Have knowledge on electric domain

- Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.

- Working knowledge on Jira and QC
Test Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications.
- Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
- Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
Defect Management & Quality Assurance:
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools.
- Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry regulations.
- Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.
Test Automation & Tosca Exposure:
- Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable, particularly in API testing and workflow validation.
- Exposure to Tosca or other automation tools for improving test efficiency.
- Support automation efforts for repetitive validation tasks, though manual testing remains the primary focus.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly.
- Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.
Salary Range $120,000 -$140,000 years
