Sales/Leasing Consultant (Basic + Commission)

About Us:

We are a results-driven real estate company committed to providing exceptional client service and tailored property solutions. We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced (Femalr) Sales / Leasing Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Conduct property tours and provide in-depth information.

Maintain and expand a portfolio of clients and property listings.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and pricing.

Manage listings on property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).

Build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferably has valid UAE driving license.
