Salesman (Basic Salary + Commission)

Location: Dubai - UAE

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Compensation: Fixed Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell our products/services
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients
• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work under targets
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
• Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, etc.)
