Dua Designer is a growing retail women clothing brand offering premium designer wear. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection in a professional and polite manner.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and proper display of inventory.
• Accurately record all sales and stock movements in the system/register.
• Ensure items are arranged and returned properly after showing to customers.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards and represent the brand positively.
• Handle daily shop upkeep and contribute to smooth operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred (fashion industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and customer-driven environment.
• Presentable appearance and willingness to follow uniform & grooming standards.
• Must be available to work shop timings:
• Mon–Thu: 12 PM – 10 PM
• Fri: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Sat: 12 PM – 11 PM
• Sun: 3 PM – 10 PM
