Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with potential customers, respond to queries, and provide advice on products and services
• Negotiate contracts with clients and introduce new products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing plans and promotional offers
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Track sales performance data on a daily basis
• Identify new sales opportunities within the market
• Provide feedback from customers to the management team regarding trends in the industry
• Remain informed about competitors' activities in order to enhance our own offerings

Qualifications

• Proven experience as salesperson or similar role (3+ years)
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques
