About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused In-Store Salesman to assist customers at our showroom/store. You will help customers choose the right electrical products, provide product information, and support daily store operations for our wholesale and retail business under the Vivante brand.

Main Duties

· Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

· Explain product features, prices, and promotions.

· Prepare invoices and process sales transactions.

· Arrange and restock products on shelves.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

· Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.

· Handle customer questions and provide after-sales support.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

· Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Basic knowledge of electrical items is an advantage.

· Ability to work flexible hours.
