Salesman – Food Products

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesman to handle wholesale sales of food products. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing existing customers, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell food products to wholesale customers, retailers, and distributors
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market and customer visits
• Collect orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in food or FMCG wholesale sales
• Good knowledge of the local market and wholesale trade
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Valid driving license (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment terms
