Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Freight Forwarding

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead, build, and develop our sales and marketing department. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Define sales targets, KPIs, and regularly report performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop a team or department.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics operations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
