Job Summary:

VapeMall is looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
• Promote products effectively to maximize sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain product displays, inventory accuracy, and store cleanliness
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales (clothing, electronics, or FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a persuasive sales attitude
• Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: PKR 30,000
• Sales Commission: Performance-based with cap.
