• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.

CTC: 16K To 20K

1. Job Purpose:
Drive revenue growth by Account management, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s electrical switchgear products across target markets.

2. Reporting Relationships & Organization Structure:
Reports to: Sales Manager
Collaborates with: Marketing, Production, and Customer DMU

3. Dimensions – Targets, Budgets, Staff numbers:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for existing products with existing customers.
• Manage travel and promotional budget for customer engagements.

4. Principal Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify perceived user value (PUV) of our products
• Present product offerings and support customers with technical insights.
• Work with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Report on sales performance and market trends.

5. Job Context:
This role is key in expanding the customer base to support the company's ambitious growth goals. The salesperson will play a vital role in building market presence.
