Job Summary

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in various field locations to promote financial products, explain offerings, and facilitate contract completion. This role suits energetic, people-oriented individuals who are driven by sales targets and enjoy interacting with customers in a professional setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at branches to promote financial products.
  • Clearly explain product features and benefits, particularly to first-time banking customers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and deal closure.
  • Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure all documentation meets company standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Report daily sales activities, progress, and feedback to the supervisor.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Minimum Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Experience: 0–2 years of experience; background in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
    • Soft Skills: Customer focus, sales orientation, strong communication and persuasion skills, professionalism, reliability, adaptability (field work), and teamwork.
    • Technical Skills: Basic sales knowledge and understanding of consumer finance products.
    • Computer Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Language Skills: Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
    • Abilities: Energetic, approachable, and capable of working in dynamic field environments.
