Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Sales Representative located in Karachi. The Front Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients, explaining the company's IT solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks will include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, overseeing the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Technical understanding of IT solutions and the ability to effectively convey their benefits to clients
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
