Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales to engage with customers, provide expert guidance on Apple products, and ensure a seamless in-store buying experience. The role focuses on driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products, solutions, and accessories
• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, software, and promotions to provide accurate information
• Assist customers with product selection, financing options, and after-sales support
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with Apple technologies and retail best practices
• Support store merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays
• Collaborate with team members to organize in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain records in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

• 0–1 year in sales, retail, or customer service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach and strong relationship-building ability
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets
• Team player, adaptable to fast-paced retail environments
• Strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products and solutions
• Ability to quickly learn and convey technical information
• Basic computer literacy
• Good in English
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with iOS systems is a plus
